Our Charlotte Temple has been announced. Let us prepare ourselves to be ready for the Bridegroom, for the house of the Lord. Come join us for two evenings.

You will not want to miss the feast we will have on Saturday. We’ll start with service projects followed by a feast and special musical numbers.

On Sunday evening we will continue with a spiritual feast, this time with a special devotional. Our keynote speaker will be Wendy Ulrich, author, speaker and Relief Society Advisory Council Member, who will join us online.

Saturday Service Projects

There will be four service projects for our Stake Women’s Conference. Please plan on arriving at the stake center promptly at 6 pm and participating in a service project.

 Project 1

Writing Cards for Residents in our Community. Some will be Mother’s Day cards. We hope to cheer up those who are in group homes and nursing homes. We need 400 cards!

Packaging Diapers for the Diaper Bank of North Carolina

These are distributed in small packages to those in need in Charlotte. Trying for 500!

Making cat toys for local animal shelter.

These will be donated to Stevie’s Saviors Animal Rescue & Carmel Road Animal Hospital. This project will involve a little sewing, but anyone can do it! We will try to do 100!

Breakfast Bags for Roof Above in Charlotte

This charity provides breakfast and lunch for the homeless in Charlotte. They provide up to 300 lunches a day and up to 300 breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday. 100/200 bags depending on signups.
